As an out of town landlord, I was really stressing about finding a good property manager in Las Vegas.  But a friend referred me to Shelter Realty…and it was the BEST move I’ve ever made! We have been renting from Shelter Realty for 5 years and have had great communication, representation and customer service from their staff. Liz has been so wonderful to work with during our inspections and is always friendly, attentive and supportive to represent us as renters. It is always a pleasure to interact with Liz and feel respected as renters too. I was only in our new home for two weeks when something went wrong with our Ac unit. I called Shelter Realty and explained the issue and that I had two children at the house.  They took action right away , before the end of day our ac was working again !! Shelly was a big help , keeping in touch with myself and the owner! I appreciated the. My wife and I have been working with Shelter Realty for only a few weeks, but our experience so far has been very positive.  The team has been incredibly responsive (often outpacing me in replying🙈), communicative, and helpful.  They moved quickly to get our property on its path to being rent-ready and occupied, and so far they have been consistently impressive, which is reassuring in itself. As out-of-state owners, good communication is extremely important to us, and Shelter Realty has done a great job keeping us informed every step of the way.  While it’s still early in this working relationship, we have no complaints and are very pleased with the service we’ve received so far.
